Byron Electric (United Electric wholly owned subsidiary) managed underground, shell construction and tenant fit out of 375,000+ sq ft of office space. Worked with engineering firms to design and develop a Green Construction space that has earned LEED Certification. Specialized in LED lighting and digital light management.
